TATSIANA LINTOUSKAYA | About me

Tatsiana was born in Minsk, Belarus, where she attended a high school with art specialization.

After studying international relations and economics, she worked as a diplomat and consultant for several international organizations. In 2007, she moved to Austria to work at the Salzburg Global Seminar where she has been running high-level program on economics, finance and geopolitics.

Her work and travels around the world have been a never-ending source of inspiration for her artwork which mirrors her experiences, thoughts, and emotions.  She works in acrylics and oil.

The current body of work, an ongoing series of paintings entitled “The Palaces for Plants”, started during the COVID-19 pandemic and is inspired by Tatsiana’s love for  tropical plants and flowers. The series is devoted to the world of conservatories, palm houses and orangeries - green oases in bustling cities which allow people to travel in their mind to far away tropical forests and breathe in the air filled with the scent of exotic flowers. Tatsiana’s love of nature is a source of inspiration for numerous landscape paintings.

She has also been interested in the role of art as a mirror of life and society which can advance dialogue and create awareness of societal issues. During 2019-2020 she has created a series of artworks entitled “A Tale of Cryptocurrencies” which reflected on the hype around cryptocurrencies and pondered the future of money.

Tatsiana’s works has been exhibited at various art fairs and gallery shows in Europe.
